The Leadership Council does not manage TYTTAN.
They are TYTTAN.
Comprised of sovereign strategists, former state auditors, encrypted systems architects, macroeconomic operatives, and dynastic command theorists, the Council was assembled to preserve power when legacy fails. Members are not listed, photographed, or publicly acknowledged. Their roles are not performative—they are operational. They exist within the system, not above it.
